    The Committee on the Judiciary moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows: 

    “H. B. 2717 –- “A Bill to amend and reenact §7-14-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to requiring that deputy sheriffs be issued ballistic vests.”
